Colorado’s Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Co. has submitted applications for a mine life extension at the World’s Greatest Gold Camp mine that would add 10 years to the mine’s life and employ an additional 150 workers by 2016. The mine, which currently employs 466 workers, has published information on the extensive application on their website.
