Annual report ranks United States as worst nation in terms of mining permitting delays

Behre Dolbear’s recently released “2012 Ranking of Countries for Mining Investment: Where Not to Invest” report found that permitting delays are “the most significant risk to mining projects in the United States,” and that U.S. permitting delays are more pronounced than those in other countries.
