Smart mining policies lead to jobs and energy independence

In an op-ed published in the Casper Star-Tribune, Roy Cohee president of C&Y Transportation Company and former Speaker of the Wyoming House, advocated for creating streamlined mining policies to promote greater energy independence in the U.S. as well as jobs and revenue to the state of Wyoming. Cohee noted that as long as proposals threatening domestic mining are defeated, “we can add to the roughly 10,000 Wyoming jobs already supported by mining.”
