Rep. Mike Coffman launches congressional rare earths caucus

On Wednesday, Colorado Rep. Mike Coffman announced the creation of a new congressional caucus that will focus on the domestic supply of rare earth elements and growing downstream industries. Rep. Coffman said he hopes the caucus will play a role in efforts to combat China’s control over the world rare earths market.
