New study shows economic benefits of Florence Copper

A new study estimates that a proposed in situ copper project in Florence, Ariz., will have a total economic impact of more than $2.2 billion. The Arizona State University Economic Impact Study also found that the project will create and support an annual average of 681 Arizona jobs during the project’s development and generate $325 million in taxes and royalties to Arizona governments.
