House Passes Legislation to Create Jobs, Fuel Economy

The U.S. House yesterday passed legislation that is set to generate thousands of American jobs through the construction of an Arizona copper mine. Though the measure has yet to face the Senate, the bipartisan vote shows that many in Washington recognize mining as an important source of jobs and needed economic growth, rather than a political target.
