Arizona’s online minerals mining exhibit

This week, the Virtual Arizona Experience debuted a Mines and Minerals theme, highlighting the state’s rich mining history, geological landscape and minerals reserves—particularly the vast copper resources. The online exhibit features an interactive map of active mines in Arizona, a video gallery of workers stories and mineral photography by Jeff Scovil.
